Dress: - Black Tie (Shirt and trousers etc would be good too)

Live Musical Entertainment is booked (Same as last year)

Starter

• Spicy Parsnip Soup
• Vol-au-vent with a Creamy Mushroom Filling
• Smoked Mackerel & Horseradish Salad

Main Course

• Traditional Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding
• Roast Chicken Breast on a slice of Pork
• Poached Haddock filled with a Salmon & White Wine Sauce
• All Served with a Medley of Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes

Desserts

• Cheese & Biscuits
• Assorted Ice Cream
• Mixed Berry Crumble with Crème Anglaise
• New York Cheesecake with a Fruit Coulis
