VETERANS SEMINAR

Hello to all RMA Poole & District Branch members and followers, it has been some time since I reached out to you and I sincerely hope you are all as well as can be and enjoying being part of our great Branch. Below is an invitation to an event.

For the third year running Poole based veterans will be hosting an exclusive seminar with guest speakers providing first-hand accounts of operations during the South Atlantic Falklands campaign, as well as analysis of events affecting UK National security today.

The event runs all day and includes lunch, wine and all day coffee and biscuits. You will have the opportunity to pose questions to experts who have clear views on matters discussed. Equally you will be amongst high-calibre guests from across the spectrum of the veteran community as well as their family and associates. You are sure to meet some old faces.

This is a fund-raising event and RMA-The Royal Marines Charity will be a beneficiary as it was in the previous two years. The RMA has a table of ten seats for this event and tickets are £100 each. There will be a charity raffle and a live auction during the course of the day.

I know this is a pricey event and fully understand it is not for everyone. That said we have always had a full table in the previous years and for some it really is an event worth paying for. And of course your payment is in part coming back to the RMA Charity. During the previous two events £6000 in total was raised for RMA-TRMC.
